In 2003, Tom and his wife, Becky, left their home and their ministry positions (in Denver, Colorado) to move to Southeast Asia. Since then, Tom has given multi-year, multi-sector, multi-million dollar response team leadership to Indonesian Tsunami relief efforts; Management Consulting and Executive Coaching to multi-national and national corporations in Southeast Asia; and became the Director of Operations for an international Christian service organization.
