Our Perspective
Pursuing pastoral leaders from other ministries without the input of their supervisor is typically not in the best interest of the universal Church.
Embracing God's ideal timing is especially difficult for executives in transitions.
Leaders will rarely lead others beyond their (own) emotional, relational and spiritual maturity.
Who we become is more important than what we do.
Transitions offer excellent opportunities for leaders to grow in their faith.
God is more interested in our loving obedience than our leadership effectiveness.
Leaders in Transition are sometimes called to do things that make little sense to those who desire to measure the effectiveness of every act.
Our greatest desire is to bring glory to God (I Corinthians 10:31) as we navigate Christian leaders and their organizations through seasons of significant change toward the greatest expression of their God-given purposes (Matthew 22:37-39).
To Serve Christ and His Kingdom
To Serve our Client Organization
To Serve Ministers in Transition
God's Glory: We value giving God honor, praise and worship through our wholehearted love for Him.
Confidentiality: We value the trust of those we serve.
Decision Making: We value God's wisdom to place the right person in the right position, for the right reasons, and in the right season.
Transformational Leadership: We value using tasks to develop people (transformational) more than using people to develop tasks (transactional).
Mature Love: We value serving others for their benefit more than our own.
God's Timing: We value waiting for God to lead.
Accountability: We value working relationships where everyone is willing to be accountable for their own attitudes and actions.
