Releasing a Staff Member

When your organization releases a staff member from employment, where do you send them?

For a one-time cost to your organization of $4,000, we will care for your former staff member (and spouse for an additional $500) in the following ways:
 

  • Discovery Process to prepare for, and maximize retreat experience.

 

  • 7 day ReVisioning Retreat in Breckenridge, CO  (food and lodging included)*
    ReVisioning Retreats offer the unique opportunity to set into motion a holistic set of life and leadership changes - resulting from a guided examination of beliefs, assumptions, purposes, priorities, values, and ministry practices.

 

  • Retreat follow-up

         7 - one hour phone/online leadership coaching sessions.

         7 - one hour phone/online networking strategy sessions.

 

 *The only cost your former staff member incurs is their travel expenses to and from Breckenridge, CO.
